Warranty
1、Warranty Period
36 months of warranty period is provided since the date of purchase.
If proof of purchase cannot be provided, warranty period will be 36 months since the date of manufacture. Please turn to the product ID section and check for the date of manufacture.
2、Warranty Coverage
For GUNNIR products bought from GUNNIR stores, online stores, agents and retailers, and are still within warranty period, this warranty covers any manufacture defects or hardware errors that appears under normal use.
3、Out of Warranty Situation
(1)Products beyond warranty period
(2)SN code missing or is unable to identify
(3)Warranty sticker incomplete, torn up or is unable to identify
(4)SN code sticker detected non original from GUNNIR production
(5)Damage caused by failure to use, maintain and store in accordance with the requirements of the product instructions
(6)Personal disassemble, modification, repair or any attempt to repair the product without permission under GUNNIR tech support personnel or authorized parties may cause warranty rejection
(7)GUNNIR product serial number torn up or is unable to identify
(8)Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or any act related to misuse, natural disasters( such as hurricane, fire, earthquake, ...
(9)Damage caused by appearance change (accident or other) of the product, but has no impact on the operation process and performance of the product. Such as rust, change of color, texture decoration, natural wear and gradual aging of products
(10)Damage caused by inappropriate transportation or inappropriate storage
(11)Problems and failures caused by users installing software by themselves, improper settings or exceeding normal use conditions
(12)Product failure or damage caused by special testing purposes of graphics cards, such as failures caused by improper overclocking of graphics card cores and video memories for a long time
(13)Damage caused by virus during use
(14)Other failures and damages not caused by design, manufacturing, quality and other problems of the product itself
(15)Products that are not directly bought from authorized stores or retailers, or defined as second-hand product
Note1: If customer uses a non mining card product for mining, GUNNIR will not provide any warranty service for this product
Note2: If the product cannot be repaired due to other reasons, GUNNIR will recover the faulty product and cease service of this faulty product
4、How To Apply For Warranty Service?
If you are experiencing a problem that needs warranty service, you can go through the guidebook and contact GUNNIR by hotline, mail or online page message.
Or you can turn to your retailer or local tech support personnel for help.

5、Warranty Service Method
(1)For products within warranty, you can send only faulty product back to your retailer or GUNNIR tech support location( do not need to send back accessories). GUNNIR will detect the problem and fix it. If the problem cannot be fixed, GUNNIR will swap a new one for the faulty product, and the new one will also be guaranteed for warranty service. The warranty period of the new one will be regarded the same as the swapped one, 36 months from date-of-purchase, or date-of-manufacture if the purchase date cannot be proved.
(2)For products that are beyond warranty period, GUNNIR might charge you for some of the services.
(3)For products defined as not covered by warranty, your application for warranty service might be rejected.
